My name is Miss Bliss; I’m a Jill of all passions, and at the top of the list is hair. I love all types of hair and I especially like to change it! My goal is to make you feel confident with your (new) look. Classic or trendy, colorful or subdued, I can skillfully do it all.
Staying with the trends while adding a hint of retro is my thing, if you’re so inclined. I believe haircutting and styling is an art-form, and I pride myself in my work and guarantee you’ll be happy with your hair. You’ll look fantastic I promise!

Bull City Salon is located in the historic old Penny Furniture building at 5 Points in downtown Durham. The salon entrance is at the back of the building off the Durham Arts Council parking lot on Morris Street. Look for the banner with the bull!
